• All deliveries will be made within 3 days for laundry and ironing. The Dry Cleaning garments will be delivered within 5 days.

• Delivery within a day is not possible prior to public holidays and weekly off days.

• Same-day delivery of garments will be charged at 100 % Extra and 50% extra if delivery is on the next working day.

• We, due to time constraints do not read manufacturer suggested care and washing/drying labels, and will not be responsible for garments labelled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only". We will follow only customers’ instructions.

• When items are delivered, customers are asked to inspect them.

• We disclaim all liability for any shrinking, running of colour, fastness, or damage to the clothes' embroidery or embellishments during the process.

• Every effort is made to remove stains, but People's Laundry will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains

• Every article is accepted at the risk of the customer.

• Removal of stain is a part of the process but, complete removal of stains cannot be guaranteed and will be processed at customer's risk.

• Although we try our best to deliver clothes on schedule, occasionally unanticipated events occur. If this happens, we will keep you informed about the estimated delivery time.

• Please be aware that if the clothes are not picked up within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date, we will not be held liable. Unless the customer has given prior information about the delay.

• We take no responsibility for any loss or damage of clothes brought on by a fire, burglary, etc.

• The complexity of the clothing will determine the tariff for designer clothing on a case-by-case basis.

• If our technology permits, we shall proceed with the cleaning of designer clothing in accordance with the advice and ideas supplied by the designer.

• We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments/jewellery fittings/valuable items on the garment.

• We reserve the right to refuse the cleaning of any garment.

• Should clothing or linens be harmed during the procedure, we may consider providing compensation. This compensation is limited up to ten times the wash charge*.

• All disputes are subject to Coimbatore's jurisdiction only.

• We might utilise the pictures of your clothing for advertising.
